Conrad’s North Canton Grand Opening Giveaway – Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

The Conrad’s North Canton Store Giveaway (“Contest”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the states of Ohio. Employees, officers and directors of Conrad’s (“Sponsor”), affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families, and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

2. Sponsor

The sweepstakes is sponsored by Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care, located at 14577 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111.

3. Agreement to Official Rules

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these official rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes begins May 8, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on June 21, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the sweepstakes online.

5. How to Enter

  • During the Sweepstakes Period, the giveaway may be accessed through a QR code in-store an exclusive email link, contest entry button on the Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care location page within conradspromos.com as well as through social media posts and other digital marketing efforts. Entrants will complete all required contact information and submit as directed.
  • By entering the Contest, entrants agree to receive marketing messages from Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care, including by email and text message. Entrants can opt out of these messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each message.
  • Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address for the duration of the sweepstakes period. Entries by the same individual, email address, or household more than the stated limitation will be void. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

6. Prize

  • Weekly Prizes: Five (5) winners will be randomly selected each week to receive a $100 Conrad’s Gift Certificate.
  • Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a set of four (4) Goodyear Tires, valued up to $1,000.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Weekly Winners
    Weekly drawings will be conducted as follows:

    • Week One (05/09/25 – 05/17/25): Winner selected and contacted on 05/20/25
    • Week Two (05/18/25 – 05/24/25): Winner selected and contacted on 05/27/25
    • Week Three (05/25/25 – 05/31/25): Winner selected and contacted on 06/03/25
    • Week Four (06/01/25 – 06/07/25): Winner selected and contacted on 6/10/25
    • Week Five (06/08/25 – 06/14/25): Winner selected and contacted on 06/17/25
  • Grand Prize Winner
    A grand prize drawing will occur on June 24, 2025, and the winner will be contacted within three (3) business days.
  • All winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Winners must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Conditions

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prizes is offered.
  • Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Participants agree to release and hold harmless Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to the use of their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Winner List

Upon request, Conrad’s Tire will provide a list of winner(s) names. To request a list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope before July 1, 2025 to Winners List –Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care, located at 14577 Lorain Ave. Cleveland, OH 44111.

11. Privacy

Participation in this contest may require providing personal information, which we may use for purposes such as winner notification, prize delivery, and other promotional communications. By entering, you may also be added to our mailing or text lists, as well as those of Promotional Parties associated with the contest. Acceptance of a prize may require you, unless prohibited by law, to allow us to publicly display certain information such as your name and photo, on our Website, stores, social media accounts, or on a designated winner’s page.

Personal information provided to us will be subject to Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care full privacy policy, available at econrads.com/privacy-policy/.

12. Limitation of Liability

Entry into this contest constitutes the entrant’s agreement to release and hold harmless Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care and its subsidiaries, and its and their respective representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly related to or in connection with participation in the Contest and/or the 1) Winner(s) accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of the awarded prize; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the contest; 5) electronic error or human error in the Contest administration or the processing of entries.

13. Dispute Resolution

Entrant agrees, as a condition of participating in this contest, that if any disputes cannot be resolved between the entrant and the Sponsor, and if causes of action arise out of or are connected with this contest, they shall be individually resolved exclusively before a court located in Cleveland, Ohio having jurisdiction, without resorting to any form of class action. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this contest). The participant waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Taxes

The value of any prize awarded to a potential winner may be reported by Sponsor to the IRS as required by law. Each potential winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, related to prize acceptance and use not specified herein.
